Sizing: X-Small Junior/Youth
Elbow = 7.5" - 9" (19-23cm)
Knee = 9" - 11" (23-28cm)
Wrist = 5" - 6" (13-15cm)
According to Protec's website the sizing for the Junior elbow is from 7.5 - 9 inches, wrist is 5 - 6 inches, and knee is from 9 - 11 inches. If you can measure the circumference of the elbow, knee and wrist you can get a rough estimate if the pads will fit right or not.
